My role as a therapist is to offer a brave space where you can explore who you are and why that may be. I can support you with a variety of issues, including identity development, life transitions (i.e., starting college, moving out of your childhood home), and behaviors and thoughts that manifest as anxiety, depression, and inter/intra-personal conflict.

I offer telehealth services to those anywhere in the state of California.
